The Advance Group Launch Second Combi Steamer Experience Event Due to Unrivaled Success!

The response to The Advance Groups unique Combi Steamer Experience event has been so positive that a further event has been planned for November. The groundbreaking FREE one day event is specifically aimed at supporting both hospitality managers and chefs to improve combi steamer cookery skills within the care home kitchen.
Sales and Marketing Director Steve Coates comments, “At a time when catering standards within the care sector are at the forefront of our minds, as well as the front pages of the national press, we feel it is important to help our customers tackle the issues surrounding care home catering and present them with a solution.”

Jane Castle, National Account Manager, adds, “In the past there has been a sense of mystery surrounding the combi steamer. Managers have been unclear about the substantial business benefits and equally chefs are unsure of how to maximise the potential of the combi steamer. The Combi Steamer Experience is therefore ideal for care homes who have installed a combi steamer who want to get the most out of it AND those individuals who want to find out a little more about what combi cooking has to offer.”

So what can attendees expect? Managers can expect to find out how they can increase productivity and yield yet consistently deliver their residents with delicious meals. After all, meal times are often the highlight of their day. Angelo Po chef, Nick Bates, has developed a menu specifically for the event so that delegates can see just how easy the combi steamer is to use, the flexibility it offers and the wide range of menus it can cater for including:

  • Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding with Roast Potatoes, Broccoli and Carrots
  • Fish & Chips served with Garden Peas
  • Slow Braised Pork Chop with Baked Apple, Fondant Potato, Spinach and Savoy Cabbage
  • Crème Caramel with Fresh Raspberries
  • Whisky and Marmalade Bread and Butter Pudding with Fresh Cream.

The experts at Advance can also advise care homes with regard to installation, maintenance, menu development and training. Plus, attendees can also take advantage of a 30 day money back guarantee on electric angelo po combi steamers.

Steve Coates concludes, “We could not have anticipated the response we have received. We have responded to demand by adding an additional date in November but there is potential for a third event in January. The market has clearly found our approach refreshing. It’s not just about selling product, it’s about equipping the sector with tools and skills so that they can deliver their residents with high quality, appetizing meals AND still remain commercially viable.”
